We recently interviewed Victoria Grau one of our DJs for One Billion Rising in Second Life.

Samantha Ohrberg If you have a few seconds. I would like to ask you a quick question  Victoria (AKA  DJane LOVE)

Victoria Grau: LoL sure

Samantha Ohrberg First, it is truly an honor to have a few minutes  of your time to discuss the upcoming One Billion Rising in Second Life event  scheduled to KICK off on Tuesday, Feb 14th

Samantha Ohrberg: So, Victoria Why are you RISING for One Billion Rising in Second life?

Victoria Grau: I´ve been participating of OBR for some years now, I think this will be my 3rd year and I do not participate in a lot of events of this nature (mostly due to lack of time), but I believe OBR is different because we are trying to raise something much more difficult than money: we are trying to raise awareness, and that is why I find it very valuable.

Victoria Grau: It is important for all the communities to raise awareness about violence against women because it is something that is happening all around the globe, every single minute of every single day and IT SHOULD STOP NOW.

Samantha Ohrberg smiles very powerful and heartfelt response.  Victoria, I greatly appreciate your openness and honest words.

Samantha Ohrberg From the entire One Billion Rising Team we thank you for your continuous support.

Samantha Ohrberg save her notes…smiles

Victoria Grau: It is my honor to be a part and an active one
